Prior to entering the world of real estate investing, I had been following the traditional avenues of saving for the future. I invested in low risk mutual and exchange funds with a mix of stocks and bonds. The mix usually yielded me 6-8% annual returns. I learned to employ creative finance strategies to build a portfolio of assets with a goal of long term wealth building.

Along the this journey, I became part of a vibrant community of like-minded investors, where we leverage creative finance to unearth lucrative deals. This endeavor opened my eyes to numerous potential investments. Convinced that real estate and these inventive strategies should be accessible to all, not solely beholden to stockbrokers or financial planners seeking commissions, I envisioned establishing an enterprise to make them available to anyone with the resources to invest.
